Contacting Us

If at any point you have any questions, comments, or encounter an issue we should be aware of:

  • Log into the Gtrial community.
  • Select Contact Us (listed under GOOGLE TRIAL section shown on the left hand side of the screen).

Contacting You

Our primary communication vehicle is email.  We try to maintain a small volume of outgoing emails so as not to overwhelm your inbox with too many messages from us.  If you receive an email from us, generally we need your participation in the project and some action may need to be taken on your part.

Privacy

Over the course of the Google Trial program, please remember to keep testing information private as agreed upon in the non-disclosure agreement. Examples of activities not permitted:

  • Discussing the Google Trial (field test) program with nonparticipants.
  • Posting any pictures or videos of Google Trial hardware or software to social media sites.
  • Posting any Google Trial information to social media sites.
  • Submitting any Google Trial product reviews based upon your experience with any unreleased features and products
